Quail Island Trip

As an end of year celebration Room 2 would like to visit Quail Island later in the term.

The day would involve some learning about the history of the island, some map reading, investigating an old shipwreck and hopefully, some time to have fun on the beach.

We have a provisional booking for Wednesday November 26th

Obviously we can't go without parental permission, help and payment.

If we get parents to help with transport to the ferry in Lyttelton then the cost should be $15 per child.

City Art Project

Take a look at our fantastic artwork.

All these artworks have been painted on to an A4 size piece of plywood and will be displayed in the city centre over Christmas and the New Year.

Room 2 - Day Out? Idea

It has been suggested that we go for a class trip to Quail Island later in the term when other classes are visiting the A and P Show.

What are some of the things we need to do to make this happen?
